Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as you received it.
- Custom-made or personalized products, such as custom-smelling salts or items with custom branding, are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used items (e.g., opened bottles of smelling salts).
- Apparel that has been worn, washed, or altered.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@beastcoastbarbell.com with the following:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Return Process

- Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return authorization number.
- Shipping: Pack your item securely, and ship it back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
